Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer; we'll notify you if that happens.

Shipping options (United States)

  • USPS Standard. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days.
  • USPS Express + Insurance. Faster delivery, insured against theft, loss or damage. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll replace it at no charge.
